Pat Tinto is a solution-focused creative thinker who works with dynamic teams eager to burnish their brand and have a lasting impact in their arena whether it be public policy, nonprofit social activism or movers and shakers in the private sector. Pat is widely recognized for expert project management, creativity, writing and editing skills.

Pat working with the NY Yankees

MLB Legend Series in the Republic of Panama: Working collaboratively with PLA New York and Magic Dreams, Pat performed promotional and advance work for a historical MLB Legend series with the NY Yankees & Miami Marlins in Panama, where she coordinated on-site logistics and public relations for special events with the Mariano Rivera Foundation and local partners.

Justin Bieber & J&R Music World Appreciation Day: As a public affairs consultant for the music industry, Pat also managed several large-scale in-store music productions, including Justin Bieber & J&R Music World Appreciation Day in Manhattan.

Women Owned Business Day at the State Capital in Hartford, CT: From volunteer to paid consultancy roles, Pat has worked with the Women’s Business Development Council (WBDC) of Connecticut on several occasions. Most recently, Pat helped orchestrate a social media campaign in collaboration with several statewide women’s empowerment organizations on Twitter @ctwbdc, Facebook and Instagram to publicize the organization’s fourth annual Women-Owned Business Day at the Connecticut State Capital attended by over 200 women and state legislators, local businesses and corporate sponsors.

National Organization of Italian American Women’s (NOIAW) Three Wise Women Epiphany Brunch: As a member of NOIAW’s national board of directors and president of the Connecticut Region, Pat annually runs the organization’s major fundraising brunch honoring three outstanding women in their field and oversees the silent auction as well as several cultural and educational events throughout the year.

Ness Golf Tourney to Benefit Burn Center

Michael Ness Memorial Foundation Golf Tournament to Benefit the Connecticut Burn Center:  Since its inception in 2014. Pat has consistently delivered first-page newspaper coverage as well as local cable news and interviews for tourney participants.  The Tournament is one of the largest contributors to the Bridgeport Hospital Foundation which oversees the region’s only burn center.

Following her passion for all things Italian, Pat founded: Vini, Vitti, Dici –Wines, Food and Conversation Italian Style! – A cultural salon for Italophiles, oenophiles and foodies alike. The salon features weekly sessions of “Caffe’ e Conversazione” in Italian and bi-monthly book club called Libro e Aperitivo, a good read accompanied by a fine aperitive to whet your literary and cultural appetites.

An English major with a concentration in Writing, Pat earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Barnard College of Columbia University and studied at the Universita` per Stranieri in Perugia, Italy. She is a member of the board of directors of Barnard Business and Professional Women. Pat also served three terms on the Barnard College Alumnae Association (AABC) board of directors where she headed the college-wide reunion program and chaired Barnard College’s Regional Networks Committee. She recently received the Award for Service to Barnard College.

A Brooklyn, NY native, she lives in Norwalk, Connecticut where she is an elected member of the Democratic Town Committee.
